Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the booking and participation in services provided by

Munich Movement Immersion GbR via www.movementimmersion.com.

I. Services

  1. 1. Munich Movement Immersion GbR offers in-person workshops and events (collectively, “Services”).

  2. 2. The Movement Immersion Workshop is a live, in-person event taking place in Munich, Germany.

  3. 3. Details regarding schedule, location, and structure will be communicated via the website and/or email.

  4. 4. Munich Movement Immersion GbR reserves the right to reasonably modify or update services at any time.

II. Contract Conclusion

  1. 1. A binding contract is concluded once payment (or the first instalment in case of a payment plan) has been successfully processed.

  2. 2. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance.

  3. 3. The contract language is English.

  4. 4. Tickets are transferable only with explicit written approval from Munich Movement Immersion GbR.

III. Prices and Payment

1. All prices are listed on www.movementimmersion.com.

2. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is selected.

IV. Deposits & Payment Plans

4.1 Deposit

• A 50€ deposit is required to secure your place (included in full payment or payment plan).

• The 50€ deposit is strictly non-refundable.

• The deposit will only be refunded if the Event is cancelled by Munich Movement Immersion GbR.

4.2 Instalment Payments

If you select a payment plan:

• You agree to complete all scheduled payments.

• Payments will be charged automatically on the agreed dates.

• Failure to complete payments may result in cancellation of your ticket without refund of any monies already paid.

• By selecting a payment plan, you enter a binding agreement to pay the full ticket price.

V. Right of Withdrawal

For consumers within the European Union:

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB).

VI. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are subject to the staged refund structure below.

Refunds are calculated based on the date written notice of cancellation is received.

6.1 Deposit

• The 50€ deposit is strictly non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by Munich Movement Immersion GbR.

6.2 Refund Structure

• More than 90 days before the Event:

Refund of all monies paid minus the 50€ deposit.

• 90–30 days before the Event:

25% refund of the total ticket price (deposit retained).

• Less than 30 days before the Event:

No refund.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: munichmovementimmersion@gmail.com

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.

6.3 Payment Plans

If you are on a payment plan and cancel:

• Refunds are calculated based on the full ticket price (not instalments paid).

• If instalments paid exceed the refundable amount, the difference will be refunded.

• If instalments paid are less than the refundable amount, no further payment is due, but no additional refund will be issued.

• Failure to complete instalments does not constitute cancellation. Written notice is required.

6.4 Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another participant, subject to:

• Written approval by Munich Movement Immersion GbR

• Completion of all required documentation

Transfers may be closed within 7 days prior to the Event. Any transfers after session selection will retain the original booking selections, with adjustments subject to availability.

VII. Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure

  1. 1. Munich Movement Immersion GbR reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event (including schedule, location, or instructors).

  2. 2. If the Event must be cancelled by Munich Movement Immersion GbR:

    1. ◦ Participants may choose between a full refund or a voucher (credit) for a future event.

    2. ◦ Any additional costs incurred by participants (e.g. travel, accommodation) will not be reimbursed.

  3. 3. If the Event must be postponed (e.g. due to legal or regulatory reasons), a new date will be provided.

  4. 4. In cases of force majeure (including but not limited to illness, travel restrictions, natural events, or government actions), Munich Movement Immersion GbR is not liable for failure or delay in performance.

VIII. Participation Requirements

  1. 1. Participation is at your own risk.

  2. 2. Participants confirm they are physically and mentally fit to take part.

  3. 3. If in doubt, participants should consult a physician prior to participation.

  4. 4. No specific training or performance results are guaranteed.

  5. 5. Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 or older unless otherwise agreed in

  6. writing.

IX. Liability

  1. 1. Munich Movement Immersion GbR is liable without limitation in cases of:

    1. ◦ intent (Vorsatz)

    2. ◦ gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit)

    3. ◦ injury to life, body, or health

  2. 2. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

  3. 3. Munich Movement Immersion GbR assumes no liability for:

    1. ◦ loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings

    2. ◦ injuries sustained during participation unless caused by gross negligence or intent

    3. ◦ incidents occurring during travel to or from the Event (e.g. flight cancellations, delays, accidents)

X. Insurance

Participants are responsible for arranging their own health, travel, and accident insurance.

XI. Code of Conduct

We aim to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment.

We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund if they:

  • • behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner

  • • fail to follow instructor guidance

  • • act in a way that compromises the safety or experience of others

XII. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided during the event are the intellectual property of Munich Movement Immersion GbR.

Recording, distribution, or reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

XIII. Photo and Video Recording

  1. 1. Photo and video recordings may be made during the Event.

  2. 2. By participating, you agree that such material may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

  3. 3. If you do not wish to appear, you must notify us in writing prior to the Event.

XIV. Data Protection

Personal data will be used solely for processing bookings and communication related to the Event.

XV. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

XVII. Final Provisions

  1. 1. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

  2. 2. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
